A. Minton
Co-founder and President
Phillip Minton has over twenty-two years of diverse leadership
responsibilities and extensive knowledge in implementing effective
operational structures in competitive firms. Prior to Co-founding
WaazApp with his partner Stephanie Folster, he held increasing positions
of responsibility in Operations leading to CE Marking/ISO-9001
Certifications, FDA Site Approvals and re-building transitional companies. As a creative business entrepreneur he has launched a few companies refining his approach with each endeavor.
He obtained his BS Engineering degree from the California Polytechnic University—Pomona, later completed his MS degree in Quality Assurance (Dominguez Hills, Ca.) and recently his MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University. He has gained industry certifications as a Quality Engineer (ASQ) and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expert—A practitioner since 1995.
Mr. Minton has taken a unique and focused approach in leading our business in the ever expanding world of mobile technology with a strategic deployment plan that uses a broker-developer model to bring an endless supply of mobile-applications to the fore.
Phillip remains active in charity events and enjoys downtime with family, reading books, Golfing, Mountain Biking and Sea-Dooing in the Pacific Ocean.

Co-founder and Vice President
Stephanie has over ten years of marketing expertise in brand
development and product roll-outs. She has been responsible for
multi-million dollar budget management, campaign planning and
public relations in the cutting-edge technology industry. Stephanie
has an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from California State University, Northridge.
She is a born leader with exceptional skills in public speaking, team management and event logistics. Using her sharp business acumen, she has initiated a marketing strategy to develop WaazApp's brand equity, operational plan, and Business-2-Business pursuits.
A recipient of the Hope of America Award from the Kwanis Club, it is her passion to give back to communities and to help people in need. Stephanie is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Simi Sunset Morning Edition.
She has lived abroad and traveled the world establishing a network of like-minded entrepreneurs. She attributes her drive and passion for life to her athleticism and competitive nature. Here escape is playing soccer and salsa dancing.
Howarth Rowe IIICo-founder and Director
Howarth is currently working on his Master's degree in business
administration from California Lutheran University and has a
Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He regularly
competes in endurance sports and has over 20 years experience in Marathons and Triathlons. In his spare time he teaches martial arts. His major roll for the organization is product development and he is also on WaazApp's Board of Directors.
